• Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and parts according to specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Check incoming materials for quantity, dimensions, appearance, specifications, and other quality requirements.
• Perform sampling inspection based on the company's inspection standards and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain incoming inspection reports and quality records.
• Identify, segregate, and report defective or non-conforming materials.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Purchasing departments regarding incoming materials and inspection status.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support supplier quality investigations and monitor improvement actions.
• Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Ensure inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Assist in handling supplier complaints and material rejection/return processes.
• Ensure only approved materials are released for production use.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of inspection records.
• Assist QC/QA in quality improvement activities and internal audits.
• Perform other quality control duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
