Job Responsibilities

• Develop ASM Siplace & Fuji NXT placement machine program and component teaching referring to component data sheet, product drawing, PCB Gerber files and drawing.
• Actively maintain existing placement program by optimization and balancing to ensure efficient cycle time to maximize utilization of SMT.
• To attend NPI meetings and support SMT Line during NPI production to ease line technician/engineer to confirm placement issue/orientation.
• For release program, monitor quality to proper program performance and process efficiency.
• To monitor and perform Engineering Changes whenever required. Support department activities, reporting, problem solving, task force activities whenever needed.
• Perform other task assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering Majoring in Electronic / Electrical / Computer System.
• Working Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in SMT Equipment Technician / ASM Siplace & Fuji NXT Programmer role.
• Good hands-on skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to work collaboratively with others.
• Good personality, positive mindset and independent.
• Computer Proficiency: Able to maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Physical Requirement: This position require long hour of standing and walking. This position hands-on in placement machine during running NPI.
• Able to work Overtime whenever needed.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
