Job Summary We are seeking a highly competent, structured, and safety-conscious Civil Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and technical management of our infrastructure and building construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing engineering designs, coordinating on-site structural works, and ensuring that all construction workflows operate in strict compliance with safety guidelines and deadlines. Partnering closely with Project Managers, sub-contractors, and local regulatory authorities, you will turn architectural blueprints into safe, reliable, and successfully delivered infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management & Supervision: Supervise day-to-day on-site civil and structural activities, checking that installation workflows match approved construction methodologies.
• Drawing & Design Verification: Analyze and verify technical schematics, shop drawings, reinforcement concrete (RC) layouts, and excavation plans before execution.
• Schedule & Cost Control: Monitor operational progress programs against master project timelines and coordinate raw material usage to keep activities within budget lines.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all engineering and site activities align perfectly with Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards, EMA rules, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) parameters.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate technical alignment meetings with external consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, and government environmental or urban planning agencies.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify structural design variances or site execution bottlenecks early, deploying prompt, safe, and objective remediation protocols.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline. (Highly preferred if recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore).
• Experience: Demonstrated professional track record in site execution, civil engineering design, or structural project management within the construction sector.
• Technical Fluency: Hands-on proficiency with structural modeling and engineering software platforms (such as AutoCAD, BIM, or relevant simulation engines).
• Competencies: Strong systematic troubleshooting capabilities, sharp critical thinking under tight project deadlines, and an uncompromised commitment to site safety logs.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills to align cross-functional engineering teams, main contractors, and local regulatory reviewers.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $6,800.00 per month
