Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT infrastructure and software solution projects, from initiation through completion.
• Lead projects involving infrastructure setup, virtual environment migration, data/storage migration, data centre relocation, monitoring tool deployment, and related IT transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, issues, changes, and overall project delivery.
• Manage project financials, including P&L, budget tracking, and financial forecasting.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams, including teams of 10+ members.
• Manage stakeholder and customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Represent the organization professionally during onsite and remote customer engagements.
• Identify and support new business opportunities within existing projects and customer accounts.
• Manage change requests, risks, dependencies, and commercial or contractual matters.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, forecasts, and performance feedback to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects follow relevant project management methodologies, operational processes, and organizational standards.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of overall Project Management experience, with at least 3–5 years of hands-on PM experience in IT/infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing the full project lifecycle, including project methodology, stakeholder engagement, change management, and risk management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience in customer-facing project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including:
• Servers & hardware infrastructure
• Storage
• Networking
• Windows / Linux
• VMware / Virtualization
• Experience in a System Integration (SI) environment is preferred, such as CSC, NTT, Ericsson, VSTECS, or other local SI companies.
• Experience representing technology vendors or service providers such as Dell, IBM, HPE, EY, etc. is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies, operational policies, processes, and service delivery standards.
