Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for network devices/services.
• Maintain and validate CMDB CIs and relationships.
• Onboard network assets and dependencies into ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot discovery issues, patterns, probes, and credentials.
• Ensure CMDB data quality and perform remediation.
• Document processes and onboarding standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of network engineering/operations experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB experience.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Understanding of CI relationships, CMDB, and data governance.
• Python/PowerShell scripting is an advantage.
• Good analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
