Job Summary

• Check ACMV system drawings before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate, prepare, and submit shop drawings using ACAD, REVIT & BIM in the required format.
• Verify material dimensions to scale and guide sub-contractors on fabrication processes to ensure quality.
• Maintain and update documentation of shop drawings and related documents, making amendments as necessary.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently by prioritizing workload to meet deadlines accurately.
• Collaborate with the project team to report site progress to management regularly.
• Conduct site visits for coordination and supervision to ensure project alignment with plans.
• Assist in preparing quotations and tender submissions by compiling necessary documentation.
• Prepare bill of quantities by performing quantity take-offs, sourcing materials, and estimating material and labor costs for tendering.
• Perform detailed project work breakdown pricing using Excel for accurate cost analysis.
• Evaluate quotations from suppliers and vendors to support procurement decisions.
• Adhere to project schedules and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.
