1. Responsibility and Authority

• Monitors daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary assisting in all aspects of the production floor
• Leads by example: Sets expectations for worker and monitors delegated activities
• Review and approve the daily documents like Daily production report, Workers Attendance & Leave Repairing report
• Studying on if any, Existing products for further improvement, Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices
• People Management
• Monitor OT Efficiency
• Verifications on all items Out from Production Dept need Outgoing Note / Transfer Note
• Verifications on all items IN or RECEIVED to Production Dept need Incoming Note / Transfer Note
• Enable effective communications between management and operators
• To perform ad-hoc jobs require by superior from time to time

2. Minimum Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM level
• 2 years working experience in related field
• Good oral and written communication
• Ability to motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule
• Intimate operating knowledge of all available processing equipment and processes

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
