Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Business Development team in Singapore. This role will provide crucial inside sales support, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation through effective client management and sales process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Qualify sales leads to identify potential opportunities and support pipeline development
• Track sales opportunities and update pipeline status to enable accurate forecasting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute sales strategies effectively
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data accurately in the CRM system to support customer requests
• Communicate clearly in English to facilitate internal coordination and client interactions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience of at least 1 year in sales support or inside sales roles
• Additional language skills beyond English to enhance communication with diverse clients and teams
