Overview

We are looking for a Technology Operations Executive to support AKC’s digital systems, internal tools, automation workflows, and IT infrastructure.

This role is suitable for graduates who enjoy hands-on technical work and want to build real experience across software, IT support, automation, data, and emerging technologies. You will work on practical projects that support business operations, training delivery, productivity, and digital transformation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Software Development & Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain in-house software applications to support business operations.

• Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency in workflows and IT processes.

• Develop and maintain APIs, scripts, and system integrations.

Networking& Server Management

• Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments.

• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of IT systems.

• Manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and IT compliance.

Applied AI & Analytics

• Develop data-driven insights by leveraging AI, machine learning, and analytics tools.

• Implement predictive analytics and automation for system optimizations.

• Work with data visualization tools to present key business metrics.

Simulations& System Optimization

• Develop and maintain simulations for testing and training purposes.

• Optimize system performance through real-world scenario modelling.

• Utilize simulation tools and frameworks to enhance decision-making.

Requirements

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields

• Basic to intermediate coding skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, PHP, or similar

• Familiarity with databases, APIs, spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools

• Interest in software development, automation, digital systems, AI tools, analytics, or simulations

Strong problem-solving mindset, good communication skills, and can-do attitude

AKC is an Approved Training Organisation appointed by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to provide a wide range of courses approved by Ministry of Manpower (MOM), SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC), & Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
Its clientele list includes SMEs to MNCs from various industrials ranging from construction, manufacturing, oil & gas to employment firms (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries for Key Appointment Holders & General Employees).
