Responsibilities:

• Reply to email enquiry and ensure smooth running of daily operations
• Prepare quotation to customer
• Arranging and Liaising of import/export shipments
• Ensure smooth running of daily operations
• Basic accounting job such as creating invoices and payment vouchers
• Maybe assign to other basic adhoc admin duties

Requirements:

• At least Diploma and above
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors)
• MS office computer literate (Words & Excel)
• Good communication skills and able to work independantly
• Preferably candidates with 1-3 years of working experience in similar field are welcome to apply
• Salary will be commensurate based on experience
• Prefer who can start work immediately
