The Role A senior leadership position driving growth across a diversified wealth lending product suite:

• Lead and develop a team of Wealth Lending Specialists across the full product range
• Join client meetings alongside relationship managers and investment consultants to increase lending adoption
• Monitor loan book performance and use portfolio analytics to identify opportunities and manage risk
• Shape product enhancements based on market intelligence and frontline feedback
• Design and run targeted campaigns to drive product penetration and cross-sell
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to maintain sound credit governance

What We're Looking For A commercially sharp leader who thrives in a client-facing, front office environment:

• Solid background in wealth lending, securities-based financing, or a related credit discipline - ideally across multiple product types
• Strong credit acumen and knowledge of relevant Malaysian regulatory frameworks
• Proven experience leading or developing a team in a front office capacity
• Demonstrable history of driving portfolio growth, product development, or business expansion
• Comfortable working directly with high-value clients in a private or priority banking setting
• Malaysian citizenship is required for this role
