SPINEPLUS Hiring! Full Time Chiropractic Admin (Part time) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Serious and responsible candidates ONLY, we are hiring for one day ONLY, preferbaly Monday or Tuesday. Commitment per week is only one day, however if you are not able to commit being in this role for at least a year, please DO NOT apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to all inquiries
• Assist in scheduling patients for their appointments
• Collect and process all payments
• Provide patients with information about services and treatments offered
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient clinic operations

Requirements:

• SPM holder or equivalent, age range between 18-35 years old
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malayu is required, ability to converse in Mandarin is plus point
• Able to commit to work every weekends (yes saturday and sunday!!)
