Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the sales and administration activities of the Company's training business, with a strong focus on HRD Corp-registered training programmes, corporate clients and training coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries for training programmes via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and training programme information for clients.
- Follow up with potential and existing corporate clients.
- Coordinate training schedules, trainers, venues and participant arrangements.
- Assist in preparing HRD Corp-related documents and submissions.
- Maintain and update HRD Corp training records, claims and supporting documents.
- Coordinate participant registration, attendance and training documentation.
- Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups and other sales administration documents.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, enquiries, quotations and confirmed training programmes.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and potential training opportunities.
- Liaise with trainers, clients and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of training.
- Assist in preparing training materials, certificates, attendance sheets and feedback forms.
- Support post-training follow-up and client relationship management.
- Assist in promoting training programmes and identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure all training documentation is complete and properly filed.
- Perform other sales and administrative duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Training Management or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, training coordination or related roles.
- Experience with HRD Corp / HRDF matters is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple training programmes simultaneously.
- Good follow-up skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable communicating with corporate clients, trainers and participants.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
