Job Summary:

We’re looking SAP SD Consultant to support our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide SAP SD functional support across order management, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing and credit management.

• Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including EDI and IDoc processing.

• Configure SAP SD and prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments.

• Troubleshoot pricing, IDoc, EDI and integration issues.

• Support SD integration with MM, FI/CO, LE, EWM/TM and third-party systems.

• Participate in implementations, requirement gathering, testing, cutover and project delivery.

• Support SIT/UAT, defect management and change control.

• Engage directly with business stakeholders and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience.

• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations plus AMS/support experience.

• Strong SD configuration knowledge including pricing, sales, delivery, billing and copy controls.

• Strong experience with IDocs, EDI and interface troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of SAP SD integration with MM, FI/CO, LE, EWM/TM.

• Experience with ServiceNow and functional specifications.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred: FMCG/beverage experience, SAP PI/PO, Integration Suite, MuleSoft, SPS Commerce and SAP SD certification.
