Requirements
- Handle, process and recommend settlement of claims diligently in accordance with policy contract, company policy and procedures.
- To ensure claims appeal from any parties/complaints are attended and respond within the benchmark set by the department.
- Provide quality, prompt and claims courteous service to meet customer satisfaction.
- To ensure outstanding claim files are reviewed regularly and ensure claim reserves are adequate with status updated.
- To handle incoming enquiries from internal or external parties via emails, phone calls and letters.
Requirements
- Pursuing Diploma or Degree or Professional Qualification in Insurance.
