• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
• Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Respond to customer enquiries and escalate issues to the Sales team when necessary.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain sales records, and assist in sales data analysis.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales documentation.
• Support the Sales team in achieving departmental objectives.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
