Role & Responsibility

• Represent the Client in overseeing and monitoring WSH performance at the project site.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety walks and audits to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, non-compliances and areas for improvement.
• Monitor the Main Contractor and subcontractors' compliance with the WSH Act, applicable regulations, Codes of Practice, contractual requirements and Developer's WSH requirements.
• Review RA, SWP, MOS, WSH plans, PTW and other relevant safety documentation.
• Monitor high-risk work activities and verify that appropriate risk controls and safe work practices are effectively implemented on site.
• Highlight WSH deficiencies and observations, and monitor corrective and preventive actions through to satisfactory closure.
• Support internal and external WSH audits, including preparation, site verification, follow-up of audit findings and closure of non-conformities.
• Support the continual improvement of site WSH performance by analysing recurring findings, incidents and safety trends, and recommending practical improvement measures.
• Review and participate in incident and near-miss investigations, and attend WSH committee meetings, project meetings and other safety-related activities as required.
• Prepare WSH reports and performance updates and recommendations to the Client's PM and relevant stakeholders.

• Working hours 8.30am to 5.30pm
