Job Responsibilities:

1. Take full charge of facilities & cleaning service business unit, develop operational strategy and business target for multiple client sites.

2. Lead and supervise site supervisors, formulate performance KPI, conduct performance review and talent development for the whole team.

3. Manage client relationship, negotiate service contracts, handle high‑level client feedback and resolve complex operational risks.

4. Control project budget, manpower cost, procurement and resource allocation to achieve profit target.

5. Establish company SOP, safety compliance framework, implement quality audit across all service locations.

6. Prepare monthly business performance report, provide strategic suggestion to senior management for business expansion.
