About the Role :

We are looking for someone who has a great eye for popular products and loves making deals! In this role, you will be in charge of finding the best items for our customers, negotiating with the people who supply them, and working with our marketing and operations teams to boost sales and keep customers happy.

What You Will Do

• Find Great Products: Keep an eye on market trends to figure out what customers want to buy right now, and choose the best products for our platform.
• Make Deals with Suppliers: Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them to get the best possible prices and buying terms.
• Manage Inventory: Look at our sales numbers to figure out exactly how much stock we need. Make sure we always have enough of the right products available.
• Set Prices & Promotions: Help decide how much items should cost and plan special sales or discount campaigns to attract more buyers.
• Track Success: Check how well products and suppliers are performing by looking at daily sales, customer reviews, and how often items are returned.

What You Need to Have

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related subject.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in buying, retail, or supply chain. Experience with online shopping (e-commerce) is a big plus!
• Smart Decision-Making: You are comfortable looking at numbers and data to make good choices about what to buy.
• Great People Skills: You are an excellent communicator and negotiator who works well with outside suppliers and internal teams.
• Industry Knowledge: You understand how e-commerce works and know how to track down good products.
• Work Style: You pay close attention to the details, manage your time well, and can handle multiple tasks on your own without missing deadlines.
• Computer Skills: You are good at using Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
