Responsibilities

About Us

We are a growing startup in the hygiene and wellness detergent space, dedicated to creating safe, effective, and high-quality cleaning products. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on, and resourceful Supply Chain & Operations Executive to work closely with management, oversee our sourcing pipelines, and support the day-to-day running of our operations.

We value logical thinking, a positive attitude, accountability, and a willingness to learn more than formal qualifications. If you are practical, proactive, and eager to take ownership of end-to-end supply chain processes from raw ingredient sourcing to final delivery, we’d love to speak with you..

Key Responsibilities

  • Source raw materials (chemical ingredients, active compounds, eco-friendly agents) and packaging supplies from both local and overseas suppliers.
  • Liaise with chemical/raw material suppliers to evaluate material quality, obtain specifications/MSDS sheets, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance with hygiene and wellness standards.
  • Monitor order points and proactively manage raw material inventory to prevent production bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate local and international shipments (sea, air, and land freight).
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, customers, and customs agents.
  • Prepare and track shipping, import/export, and regulatory documentation.
  • Follow up on customs clearance, permits, import declarations, and local regulatory requirements for detergent ingredients and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels across raw materials, packaging, and finished detergent stock.
  • Track inbound/outbound deliveries to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and inventory audits when required.
  • Assist management with daily operational, administrative, and vendor management tasks.
  • Coordinate closely with production personnel to align ingredient supply with manufacturing schedules.
  • Handle ad-hoc operational tasks and projects assigned by management

Requirements

  • Strong logical and practical problem-solving skills, high accountability, and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in supply chain, raw material sourcing, shipping/freight forwarding, or customs processes is an advantage (especially within FMCG, chemical, cosmetics, or wellness manufacturing).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications.
  • Must possess own transport and a valid driving licence; willing to travel locally to visit suppliers and/or warehouses, when required.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic, high logical reasoning, and a background in Supply Chain, Chemistry, Business, or Industrial Engineering are encouraged to apply

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can become a trusted right-hand person to management. This is a dynamic, hands-on role rather than a desk-bound job. You will be actively involved in ensuring our raw ingredients arrive safely and cost-effectively so our production lines keep running smoothly.

Attitude, practical problem-solving, and reliability are far more important to us than years of experience or formal degrees.
