Job Description

Responsibilities

The British American Tobacco Group in Selangor, Malaysia, seeks a Test Manager to lead the Test Management service pool across project-based and routine testing activities. You will govern testing strategies, plans, execution, defects, reporting, and closure, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in testing/QA and strong experience with ADO, KPI dashboards, and Power BI, plus vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
