Job Description :

• Monitor night operations and support building management and maintenance duties;
• Ensure smooth overnight operations by handling resident inquiries and attending to ad-hoc room requests or emergencies;
• Support the preparation and follow-up process of service and work quotations.

Requirement :

• Secondary 5 or above ;
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in front line position, preferably in hospitality industries ;
• Basic Eng/Chi PC operations ;
• Must be fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate in basic Mandarin and English.
