About our client:

Our client is a fast-growing IT hardware and electronic component distributor. They are looking for a new addition in the team for a hands-on, proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee end-to-end HR and recruitment functions in the HK office.

The Role:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, headcount planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, advise on HR policy compliance, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Manage salary reviews, bonus structures, staff benefits, and accurate payroll execution.
• Drive annual review cycles, assist with goal setting, and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify capability gaps, organize training programs, and support succession planning.
• Manage daily office operations, facilities, vendor relations, and administrative documentation.

The Person:

• Degree holder
• 5+ years of HR generalist with full cycle talent acquisition experiences.
• Experience in electronic components trading, electronics distribution, semiconductors, or tech supply chain highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, self-motivated, with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English is mandatory. Cantonese a plus.
• Someone who enjoys working in a face paced, start-up environment.
