Job Description

• Support the execution of channel sales strategies and initiatives.
• Work with business partners to process sales submissions and ensure smooth sales operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales activities and customer onboarding.
• Assist in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Support partner engagement initiatives and performance tracking.
• Manage operational matters related to quotations, submissions, commissions, and customer accounts.
• Contribute to the development of new products, offers, and commercial initiatives.
• Gain exposure to corporate and SME sales, OEM partnerships, and large-scale sales programmes

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field
• 0 - 1 year of experience in sales, business operations, customer service, administration, or commercial functions will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
• A collaborative team player with strong coordination skills
