Position Title: Building Services Engineer (ACMV)
Working Location: Midview City
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Oversee ACMV maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
Review service reports and recommend follow-up actions.
Prepare quotations and recommend repairs or upgrades.
Coordinate maintenance works with clients, contractors, and teams.
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance and site inspections.
Ensure statutory and workplace safety compliance.
Monitor service quality and maintain reports.
Support testing, commissioning, budgeting, and procurement.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related field.
Relevant ACMV, facilities, building services, or M&E experience.
Knowledge of ACMV maintenance and troubleshooting.
Able to assess issues and prepare quotations or cost estimates.
Familiar with testing, commissioning, safety, and building requirements.
Good communication, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.
Able to manage maintenance activities independently.
