Job Location : Malaysia & Philippines

Role Summary

The Lead Payroll Consultant will be responsible for leading all payroll-related activities

supporting the Suriname Payroll Consolidation initiative.

Location: Off- shore.

Key Responsibilities

∙Lead payroll design workshops and solution discussions.

∙Analyze and document current payroll processes, configurations, and customizations.

∙Review and optimize payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll rules.

∙Support payroll consolidation and standardization initiatives.

∙Define business requirements and functional specifications.

∙Coordinate payroll testing activities including SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Runs, and

Deployment Validation.

∙Support payroll reconciliation and defect resolution.

∙Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and vendor teams.

∙Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.

∙Provide knowledge transfer and support transition activities.

Required Skills & Experience

∙10+ years of SAP Payroll experience.

∙Strong experience with SAP HCM Payroll.

∙SAP International payroll template

∙Deep understanding of:

oPayroll schemas

oPCR development and troubleshooting

oWage type configuration

oRetroactive accounting

oPayroll posting and finance reconciliation

oStatutory payroll compliance

∙Strong payroll testing and payroll validation experience.

∙Experience supporting global payroll implementations.

∙Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Experience

∙Experience supporting mining, manufacturing, or global organizations.

∙Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

∙Experience supporting multi-country payroll environments.

∙Knowledge of payroll integrations and downstream interfaces.
