Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Orders (PO) and purchase requisitions.
• Assist with sourcing and obtaining quotations from suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and required documents.
• Maintain and update purchasing records and supplier information.
• Assist in comparing supplier quotations and preparing purchasing documentation.
• Carry out other purchasing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements :

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months - 6 months.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
