Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural design coordination for projects
Review architectural drawings, specifications and design submissions
Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers and contractors
Ensure design quality, compliance and buildability on site
Resolve architectural and design-related issues effectively
Oversee architectural documentation and records management
Monitor design timelines and project milestones
Provide technical guidance to architectural team and site staff
Liaise with clients and authorities on architectural matters
Able to manage team and make design-related decisions
Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills
Hytech Builders Pte Ltd was established in 1982 and has successfully completed several major projects in the fields of civil engineering and building construction, notably MRT tunnels and stations, institutional, industrial, office and residential developments, for major public authorities and private organizations.
