Love meeting people, working with a fun team, and learning new things along the way?
We’re looking for friendly, responsible and energetic people to join us as Service Crew!
Whether you’re looking for your first job, some part-time work, or a full-time role where you can grow with a local brand — we’d love to meet you!
Service Crew
Full Time: RM1,800 – RM3,000++
Part Time: RM9 – RM10+ / hour
(Pay depends on working days, hours and experience.)
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming and serving customers
- Preparing and serving our gelato
- Taking orders and handling payments
- Keeping the shop clean, organised & welcoming
- Assisting with basic kitchen and store operations
- Working together with the team to make sure customers have a great experience
- Helping out with events, campaigns and other shop activities when needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, cheerful & comfortable talking to customers
- Responsible, reliable & punctual
- Willing to learn and work as a team
- Proactive and willing to help wherever needed
- Comfortable with hands-on work
- Positive and able to stay calm during busy periods
- Passionate about creating a good experience for customers
