Job Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative and business support across office administration, HR, procurement, documentation, and coordination functions.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including phone calls, email enquiries, correspondence, filing, records management, and general administrative matters.
• Support HR activities, including recruitment coordination, employee records, payroll administration, and other HR-related functions.
• Assist with finance and accounting activities, including supplier invoices, staff claims, petty cash, quotations, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate procurement and purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoice processing, supplier documentation, and maintaining organized records.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers, engineers, and site teams to facilitate smooth project and operational activities.
• Prepare and maintain project and business documentation, including BOQs, drawings, schedules, reports, compliance records, and management reports.
• Assist with company insurance, licenses, renewals, and other statutory or administrative requirements.
• Support effective office management and ensure company records and documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
• Undertake ad hoc administrative, coordination, and business support duties as required by management.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level or NITEC qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
