The Lisbon Melaka, Trademark Collection by Wyndham is looking for an experienced and hands-on Rooms Division Manager to lead our hotel operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This is a key leadership role with responsibility for:

• Front Office & Guest Services
• Housekeeping & Room Standards
• Engineering & Maintenance
• Security & Risk Management
• Guest satisfaction, service standards and quality assurance
• Rooms revenue performance, including Occupancy, ADR & RevPAR
• Cost control, productivity and departmental profitability
• Team leadership, training and development

We are looking for a visible, commercially minded and operationally strong hospitality professional with a minimum of 5 years' hotel experience, preferably within an upscale, luxury, boutique or branded hotel environment.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader who takes ownership, is passionate about guest experience and understands that a great hotel requires exceptional service, a well-maintained product, strong security and disciplined commercial performance.

Location: Melaka, Malaysia

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
