Protégé to learn on contracts and legal for IT related engagements, developing to ensure there is a Back up plans when the lead is unable or on leave. The support would be for all of etiqa.

Job Description

• Maintain contract repository, track contract validity periods, ensure execution of agreements, monitor compliance with contract obligations.
• Track SLA performance, milestones, deliverables, service credits, liquidated damages, and contractual obligations.
• Review contract clauses, identify legal/commercial risks, coordinate with Legal and Procurement, maintain contract risk register.

Qualification / Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, Information Systems, IT Management, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in IT Contract Management, Vendor Governance, Procurement, and Commercial Operations
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Exposure to contract administration, compliance, procurement, or governance-related projects is an added advantage
