Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review unknown procedure cases to determine whether procedures were performed when only pre-consultation charges were submitted.
• Process and monitor payment activities, including shortfall recovery, suspense account clearance, hold cheque tracking, and team tracker updates.
• Monitoring if any shortfall received and closing dummy records upon successful recovery.
• Review and follow up on items listed in the monthly suspense report, including suspense clearance, outstanding shortfalls, and future claim clawback arrangements.
• Perform system checking for cases requiring manual approval.
• Conduct manual review and follow-up on provider overpayment refunds to ensure timely recovery and account clearance.
• Review and track the outstanding payment list, maintain accurate tracking records and provide regular status updates on suspense-related cases and recoveries.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
