崗位內容:
與現有客戶維持緊密聯繫,跟進強積金賬戶整合、轉移及相關行政手續,確保服務流程順暢高效。

定期向客戶提供最新金融市場動態、政策更新及產品資訊,協助客戶掌握投資環境變化。

根據客戶個人財務狀況、風險承受能力,量身定製風險管理策略、理財規劃及個人化投資方案。

協同團隊完成銷售支援工作,提升整體客戶滿意度與續保率。

參與內部培訓及專業認證課程,持續提升金融知識與業務執行能力。

工作要求:
年滿18歲,持有香港中學文憑考試(DSE)五科合格成績(包括中文或英文及數學)。

已取得認可大學學士學位優先考慮。

無需相關行業工作經驗,歡迎應屆畢業生申請。

流利使用廣東話,並能以英語及普通話進行日常溝通與書面表達。

具競爭力底薪(港幣$18,000–$50,000/月),另設高額佣金及每月花紅。
