C@nspecs Pte Ltd Hiring! Full Time Resident Engineer (RE) – C-S - M-E in - Ricebowl

C@NSPECS is seeking experienced Resident Engineers (REs) for major construction projects in Singapore.

We welcome candidates with experience in Civil & Structural (C&S) or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works. Candidates with more extensive relevant experience may also be considered for Senior Resident Engineer (SRE) positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site teams to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and statutory requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, quality and progress of construction works.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other project disciplines.
• Resolve site, technical and coordination issues arising during construction.
• Maintain proper inspection, site and progress records.

Discipline Experience

• C&S: Reinforced concrete, precast, structural steel, foundations, drainage and related structural/civil works.
• M&E: Mechanical and electrical building services, utilities, MEP coordination, testing and commissioning.

Requirements

• C&S: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore, with relevant IES/ACES accreditation.
• M&E: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore, with relevant IES/ACES accreditation/registration where applicable.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience may be considered for Senior RE positions.
• Strong leadership, site coordination, communication and record-keeping skills.
• Experience on major building, infrastructure, airport, transport or similarly complex projects will be advantageous.
