The Job
- Provide technical support for corrective and preventive maintenance activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and attend to customer service requests and enquiries
- Perform installation, testing and commissioning of equipment at customer sites
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and monitor equipment performance to identify potential issues
- Liaise with principals and suppliers on spare parts, technical matters and quotations
- Prepare and submit Field Service Reports and other maintenance-related documentation
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, maintenance activities and follow-up actions
- Support scheduled on-call rotation and perform standby duties when required
- Ensure all work activities comply with company governance and safe work procedures
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent; candidates with relevant professional experience may also be considered
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical support, field service, maintenance or a similar environment
