Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and deployment of security personnel
Manage site supervisors and guards to ensure discipline and performance
Liaise with clients and attend operational meetings
Conduct site inspections, audits and quality checks
Prepare reports, incident documentation, attendance and staff rosters
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOP and client requirements
Support recruitment, training and development of team members
Respond to operational issues and provide effective solutions
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
