Responsibilities
Job Summary
Lead and manage mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment maintenance and troubleshooting teams to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and high service standards in facilities management projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a team of technical executives and technicians to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment issues effectively
Manage procurement processes for major supply and repair items to ensure timely availability and cost efficiency
Plan, execute, and supervise preventive and condition monitoring maintenance activities on major electrical equipment to minimize downtime
Perform hands-on preventive and breakdown maintenance tasks to restore and maintain equipment functionality
Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to align maintenance and project activities with site requirements and timelines
Diagnose and rectify faults within specified timeframes to maintain system reliability and safety
Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to ensure continuous operation
Plan and supervise all facilities management and operational activities to meet project objectives and service standards
Control project costs while maintaining quality and service excellence
Execute any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Engineering
3-5 years of relevant working experience in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance
Technical knowledge of M&E systems including fire protection, AV, and ACMV systems is an advantage
Ability to perform shift work as required
Skills in preventive maintenance troubleshooting
