We are currently looking for a talented Delivery Platform Operations Manager to join our team and support MOMOYO, one of the business entities under our group's business operations.

This position will be primarily focused on managing MOMOYO’s food delivery platform operations, including GrabFood, ShopeeFood, Foodpanda, and other relevant platforms. You will be responsible for driving delivery sales and order growth, managing platform partnerships and promotions, monitoring business performance, and leading the delivery operations team to achieve overall business targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in food delivery platforms, e-commerce or platform operations, with a proven ability to manage sales performance, optimise platform operations, and lead a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Oversee the overall delivery business operations across platforms such as ShopeeFood, GrabFood, Foodpanda, and other food delivery platforms.

2. Develop and implement strategies to drive delivery sales, order volume, and overall business growth.

3. Manage and maintain relationships with food delivery platforms, including negotiating for better platform resources, promotions, campaigns, and commercial support.

4. Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, order conversion, and operational efficiency.

5. Analyse and manage delivery-related data and performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and monitor key business indicators.

6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.

7. Lead, manage, and train the delivery operations team to achieve business targets and maintain operational standards.

8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform developments to identify new business opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in food delivery, e-commerce, platform operations, or a related industry.

3. Experience working with major food delivery platforms such as ShopeeFood, GrabFood, Foodpanda, or similar companies is highly preferred.

4. Strong understanding of food delivery platform operations, sales management, and promotional mechanisms.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners.

WORKING HOURS:

Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
