WEDRINK entered the Malaysian market in 2024 and quickly became a favorite among tea lovers. The brand is halal-certified, making it suitable for local consumers and meeting all regulations. WEDRINK offers a wide range of products, including fruit tea, milk tea, ice cream, sundaes, waffles, and coffee. These have been well-received across the country.

Since launching in Malaysia, WEDRINK has grown rapidly. It now has over 200 stores in major cities across Peninsular Malaysia—like Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, Johor Bahru, and Penang—as well as in East Malaysia, including Miri, Sandakan, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Tawau, and Sibu.

We are looking for purchasing executive that is detail oriented on handles purchase orders and keeps track of inventory.

Responsibility

• Verify customer orders, including goods, quantity, and pricing, to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee shipping and order tracking to guarantee timely and precise delivery.
• Manage advertising material quantities, order placements, logistics coordination, and after-sales claims.
• Receive, review, and process customer orders via phone, email, or internal systems.
• Coordinate with outlets, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Monitor order status and follow up on any delays, issues, or discrepancies.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, product availability, and delivery status.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and inventory movements.
• Assist in generating daily and weekly sales/order reports.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support stock level monitoring and replenishment planning as needed.
• Ensure all orders comply with internal policies and customer requirements.
• On-the-job training will be provided by colleagues.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin for seamless team communication.
• Open to candidates with SPM and above.
• Looking for individuals who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, service-driven, and proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
