Job Overview:

Assumed full responsibility for managing Cuclip manufacturing. To supervise, coach, and motivate a team of operators in meeting the company’s goals with respect to quality, cycle time, and cost.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Lead a group of Manufacturing team to continue improving productivity on assigned operations.
2. Provide training and guidance to operation supervisors and leaders to achieve company revenue with better planning skills.
3. Establish a pull-in mechanism to improve productivity on assigned operations.
4. Drive PE/ME on quality improvement.
5. Work on bottleneck capacity improvement.
6. Headcount adjustment and arrangement for all shifts.
7. Reduce NVD process in order to increase productivity and manning ratio.
8. Monitoring and improvement of Headcount flexibility.
9. Deal with customers on manufacturing issues.
10. Liaise with supporting group (ME, PE & QA) to improve quality indicators (QDN/TPCM), either defect ppm or human error cases & customer incidents (CCAR/ICAR).
11. Monitor and reduce area cycle time.
12. Coordinate on area excursion CAPA, either internal or external.
13. Responsible for staff development and monitoring of discipline.
14. Coordinate on Cost Saving Project.
15. Enhance FW mfg compliance.
16. Drive line 5S.
17. Focus on QDN trend improvement.
18. Work towards maximizing machine utilization.
19. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma in related discipline with min 1-3 years relevant working experience or;

Certificate in related discipline with min 8 years relevant working experience or;

SPM with min 10 years relevant working experience.
