We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience handling full-set accounts and be comfortable managing day-to-day accounting matters independently.

The role will work closely with our external accounting/outsourcing partner and Management to ensure the Company's accounts and financial records are properly maintained.

Key Responsible:

• Handle the Company's full set of accounts.
• Record daily accounting transactions, including AP, AR, payments and receipts.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist with SST, tax and audit matters.
• Liaise with our external accounting/outsourcing company when required.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documents.
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling full set accounts.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting, tax and SST.
• Experience with accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, UBS, Xero or QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Good Excel skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
