The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (hereunder as ‘HKSR’) is a pioneer in rehabilitation

Tsang Shiu Tim Home for the Elderly is a service unit of the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation

at the MacLehose Rehabilitation Center in Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong Island. Based on the service

concept of people-oriented; and holistic care, Tsang Shiu Tim Home for the Elderly provides

comprehensive and high-quality accommodation, continuous care and rehabilitation services for the

elderly, allowing residents to live a confident, happy and energetic life.

Enrolled Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

 Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, treatment administration, and

medical condition monitoring.

 Perform clinical duties and nursing procedures to support holistic patient care.

 Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide person-centered, comprehensive care.

 Conduct health education and promote medical literacy and self-monitoring for service users

 Supervise and guide Personal Care Workers (PCWs) and General Service Assistants (GSAs) in

daily care tasks.

Requirements:

 Holder of a valid Practicing Certificate as an Enrolled Nurse (General) issued by the Nursing

Board of Hong Kong.

 Minimum of 2 years of clinical or aged care setting experience preferred.

 Strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

 Prior work experience in an elderly care home or residential care setting is highly preferred.

The successful candidate will normally be appointed on contract terms. Renewal of contract will be

subject to the service/operational needs of the department and the candidate’s performance.
