Your main job is to understand our systems, make sound technical decisions, and improve business outcomes through hands-on work with our platforms and customers.

We need someone who can simplify systems, make smart technology decisions, and keep our software, infrastructure, and hardware scalable and maintainable. 

This role extends beyond our internal platforms. You'll also work directly with customers through *************, helping organizations evaluate technologies, understand trade-offs, and develop practical technology strategies that solve real business problems.

We expect you to understand the business impact of every technical decision, not just whether a tool works. You should compare alternatives, evaluate trade-offs in cost, speed, risk, scalability, and maintainability, and remain open to better options whenever they create more value for the business.

• Always list options, compare trade-offs, and recommend the best solution.
• Review existing systems and identify what should be kept, improved, simplified, or removed.
• Prioritize technical work based on business value, impact, cost, and speed.
• Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and business goals.
• Help customers determine what they actually need, not just what they ask.
• Participate in architecture, infrastructure, and technology decisions.
• Occasionally get involved in implementation, troubleshooting, and technical delivery.
• Continuously improve internal systems, processes, and automation.
• Keep solutions simple, practical, and effective.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Requires hands-on experience reviewing the full infrastructure and assessing whether it makes sense.
• Hands-on engineering experience (especially in Linux, LLM, and AI Agent).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to evaluate multiple options and explain trade-offs clearly.
• Experience designing software systems, infrastructure, or cloud solutions.
• Comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mentality.
• Practical mindset focused on results rather than unnecessary processes.
