IORA Group Hiring! Full Time Inventory Control - Operations Audit Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a meticulous, observant and accountable individual to support our Inventory Control & Operations Audit function.

This role monitors inventory accuracy, reviews operational processes, investigates discrepancies and ensures inventory adjustments are performed correctly.

As the role carries inventory adjustment authority, strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability are essential. The successful candidate must understand the impact of every adjustment and verify before acting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and establish the root cause before any adjustment is made.
• Review and validate inventory adjustments to ensure they are accurate and supported by documentation.
• Audit goods receiving, checkout, stock transfers and other inventory processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform POS, SWIMS and EPC reconciliations (POS, warehouse and RFID systems) and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory synchronisation across Shopify, Sellercraft and SWIMS, and investigate e-commerce out-of-stock (OOS) issues.
• Prepare inventory control and process audit reports that highlight exceptions and recurring issues.
• Follow up with store, warehouse and e-commerce teams to ensure issues are resolved and closed.
• Support the adoption of AI and automation tools for process monitoring and reporting.
• Progressively take ownership of selected inventory control and audit processes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, retail or warehouse operations, audit, data analysis or a related field.
• Meticulous and careful when handling data and system transactions.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Analytical, with the ability to investigate problems and identify root causes.
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports and multiple systems concurrently.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with inventory, POS or retail systems is an advantage.
• Disciplined in following SOPs and in verifying before taking action.
• Clear communicator with strong follow-up discipline.
• Keen to learn and grow into broader responsibilities.
