Job Description

• Manage and optimise technician efficiency and overall workshop productivity.
• Oversee vehicles under service, including job allocation to technicians and providing Service Advisors with updates on estimated completion times.
• Ensure proper distribution, progress, and timely completion of all repair orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records related to workshop operations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on out-of-service vehicles to ensure timely resolution.
• Submit completed job documents to the Costing, Warranty, and Administration teams for invoicing, ensuring all labour hours are properly recorded.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workplace, including the proper handling of tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum SKM Level II or Diploma in Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience as a Job Controller or Service Controller is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a professional work ethic.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure.
• Willing to be based in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
