Hiring: IT Support / Endpoint Support Engineer | Kuala Lumpur

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Contract: 1 Year – Extendable

Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced IT Support / Endpoint Support professional to provide hands-on technical support, endpoint management, PC refresh and IT service delivery in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Windows 10/11 endpoint support and troubleshooting
• Support enterprise PC refresh, Tech Bar and IT Clinic activities
• Perform user-profile and data migration, peripheral configuration and device setup
• Support Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and SCCM/MECM
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID Join, BitLocker and Microsoft 365
• Manage ITSM tickets, assets, incidents and service requests
• Execute documented runbooks and follow structured escalation processes
• Support factory/manufacturing locations and on-site IT operations
• Coordinate OEM warranty, depot, spare and loaner devices
• Perform basic PowerShell troubleshooting and Windows log collection
• Maintain clear communication with users and internal support teams

Core Technical Skills

• Windows 10/11 deployment & endpoint troubleshooting
• Microsoft Intune / Autopilot / SCCM/MECM
• Microsoft Entra ID
• BitLocker & Microsoft 365
• User profile/data migration
• Hardware & peripheral configuration
• ITSM ticketing and asset management
• Basic PowerShell & Windows log analysis
• Runbook execution and incident escalation

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise PC refresh / Tech Bar / IT Clinic delivery
• Experience supporting factory or manufacturing environments
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent service-management knowledge
• OEM warranty, depot, spare and loaner coordination
• Good English communication skills
• Local language capability where required
