Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the central kitchen/food production line
• Ensure consistent product quality in accordance with company standards
• Maintain compliance with Singapore food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP / GMP)
• Supervise, train, and manage production staff, including shift planning
• Control raw material usage and reduce wastage to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Handle operational issues to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
• Must work on weekends/PH.

Requirements

• Experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, or production supervision preferred
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMS and Singapore food safety regulations.
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and shift system
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Basic computer literacy (reports, records, etc.)
• Able to work overtime when required to meet production schedules.
• Good leadership, communication and organisational skills.
