Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts and sketches based on client needs and project briefs, using CAD software/relevant tools to produce drawings and renderings.
Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Select materials, colors, and furnishings that match the design vision, budget, and quality standards.
Maintain clear client communication, provide progress updates, and present design proposals and revisions.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate execution and timely progress.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specs, and material lists, and report updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design.
Proven design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing aesthetics and creativity.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
