About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Telemarketing & Appointment Specialist in the beauty industry. You'll be the friendly voice representing our brand, helping customers discover and book beauty experiences they'll love.
Key responsibilities
Engage warm leads by reaching out to customers who have already shown interest in our services
Schedule and reschedule appointments to ensure customers get the time slots that work best for them
Attend to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
Follow up with existing customers to strengthen loyalty and encourage repeat visits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date call and appointment details
Receive comprehensive training to understand beauty services
About you
Experience in beauty telemarketing or sales preferred
Strong communication and phone etiquette – clear, confident, and friendly
Self-starter who works well independently and consistently meets targets
Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing customer data
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales
Proven track record of high turn-ups and successful conversions
